We sync the subscription unlock with iCloud, so please make sure you are logged in with your iCloud ID.
If the subscription does not unlock as expected on your iPhone or iPad, go to Attentive Settings > Subscription and tap on “Restore”. On your Mac, go to the Attentive Menu > Help > Show Subscription Options and click on “Restore” in the window that opens.
If the subscription unlock doesn’t work on one device but does on others, please open Attentive on the device you originally subscribed with and allow it to sync the subscription status to your other devices via iCloud.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, you can try uninstalling Attentive and reinstalling it from the App Store.
If the issue persists, please send us the diagnostics data from within the app (preferably from both Mac and iOS). This will help us investigate the problem, and we will get back to you with further troubleshooting advice. To send the data, go to Attentive Settings > Advanced iCloud Options > Send Diagnostics Data.
